Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Houston Texas Power Washing provides professional exterior cleaning services including but not limited to soft washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, concrete cleaning, and commercial property cleaning throughout the Greater Houston area.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Estimates are based on our assessment of the property and scope of work. Final pricing may differ from estimates if the actual scope of work differs from what was assessed. Any changes to pricing will be communicated and approved before work begins.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any area of our work, we will re-clean it at no additional cost. Payment is not required until you are satisfied with the completed work.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services and customer approval. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial and recurring service accounts, payment terms may be arranged individually.

Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a trip fee.

Property Access

By scheduling our services, you grant us permission to access the exterior of your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon cleaning services. You are responsible for ensuring we have clear access to all areas requiring service.

Liability

We carry full general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We take every precaution to prevent damage to your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Houston Texas Power Washing and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
